About Us
Al-Masrya Constructions and Road Paving was founded in 2004 by Eng. Mohamed Abdallah Ismail, and began its work in contracting and in delivering road and infrastructure projects across Egypt.
As our expertise and capabilities grew, we became a company specialised in road paving, infrastructure and civil works — backed by specialised engineering and technical teams, a complete equipment fleet, and an integrated system for planning, quality and safety.

2004
The beginning
Al-Masrya Constructions and Road Paving was founded by Eng. Mohamed Abdallah Ismail and began contracting and delivering road projects across Egypt.
2011
A step towards expansion
The company began executing road projects directly under its own name, widening the scope of its work and projects.
2015
Building capacity
The company acquired its own asphalt plant, equipment and transport fleet to execute projects more efficiently.
2020
A new phase of growth
Expansion into road, infrastructure, residential and industrial-zone projects with major authorities and large-scale clients.
2021
National projects
Taking part in road works within national initiatives and projects, including the Hayat Karima (Decent Life) programme.
2024
Continuous development
Delivering works linked to the high-speed electric train corridor, alongside road and civil works.
